Service Description

design.md is a service that extracts design system specifications from websites. We analyze the visual and structural elements of websites you provide and generate machine-readable design documentation in markdown format with YAML frontmatter.

User Responsibilities

As a user of design.md, you agree to:

• Only submit URLs for websites you have the right to analyze
• Not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits
• Not interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

The design.md service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Shepard Labs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Design system specifications extracted from websites remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to extract and use design systems from any website you submit.

Disclaimer of Warranties

design.md is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the design system specifications generated by our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shepard Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of design.md.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to design.md at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
